TopAdsROI is built for ad-measurement use cases that comply with applicable law and the policies of the ad platforms we integrate with. The following activities are not permitted on the platform:
1. Illegal content or targeting
- Targeting content that violates the laws of any jurisdiction in which the campaign runs.
- Promoting content prohibited by the destination ad platform (Meta, TikTok, LINE, Google, LinkedIn) policies.
2. Deceptive measurement
- Sending fabricated or duplicated conversion events with intent to inflate ROAS.
- Bypassing ad-platform deduplication.
- Sending events for users who have not granted required consent in their jurisdiction.
3. Sensitive categories without safeguards
- Children's personal data without verified parental consent.
- Health-related advertising in regulated markets without appropriate licensing and disclosures.
- Special-category data (race, religion, sexual orientation, biometrics) without an explicit lawful basis.
4. Security abuse
- Probing platform infrastructure outside the responsible-disclosure programme.
- Reusing credentials, sharing API keys publicly, or attempting to access other customers' data.
5. Your cloud security responsibilities (BYOC)
- Maintain appropriate IAM policies in your own cloud account, including restricting who can read the document store and data-warehouse datasets.
- Do not grant the TopAdsROI deployment-support service account broader-than-necessary permissions, and rotate or revoke its access when no longer needed.
- If your cloud credentials are compromised, notify TopAdsROI immediately so any deployment-support access can be re-assessed.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Suspected abuse: [email protected]. Confirmed violations may result in service suspension, account termination, and (where appropriate) referral to authorities. We provide written notice and a remediation window for non-flagrant issues.
